League Overview

• Host: Sleeper
• League Type: 12-Team Dynasty Superflex
• Startup: Summer startup draft with all current NFL players, including rookies
• Annual Rookie Draft: Begins Year 2, rookie-only
• Scoring: PPR with position-based reception scoring
• No Defense / No Kickers

Why it works: Superflex creates meaningful QB and roster-depth decisions while rewarding long-term team building.

Dues & Prize Structure

• $125 per team per season
• $100 goes to the regular annual prize pool
• $25 goes to the Back-to-Back Championship Jackpot
• Annual payouts: 1st place $700, 2nd place $390, 3rd place $110
• The jackpot rolls over until a team wins consecutive championships
• If the league dissolves before the jackpot is won, it is distributed evenly among current paid members unless voted otherwise

Scoring Settings

Lost fumbles: -2 points each.

Regular Season, Median Scoring & Playoffs

• Regular season: Weeks 1–14
• Each week every team plays two results: one head-to-head matchup and one matchup against the league median score
• Median example: if you lose your matchup 199–197 but your 197 is the second-highest score in the league, you go 1–1 for the week: 0–1 head-to-head, 1–0 against the median
• Playoffs: Weeks 15–17
• Six teams make playoffs
• Top five by standings qualify automatically
• Final playoff spot goes to remaining team with highest regular-season Points For
• Top two seeds receive first-round byes
• No Week 18 fantasy playoffs

Startup & Rookie Drafts

Startup Draft

• Hosted on Sleeper
• Starts August 19 at 12:00 PM EST
• Slow draft with 8 hours per pick
• Draft clock turns off overnight from 11:00 PM EST to 7:00 AM EST, so no one loses a pick while sleeping
• One-time draft before the first season
• Includes all current NFL players and current rookies
• Order randomized before draft
• Snake format unless the league votes otherwise

Annual Rookie Draft

• Starts Year 2 after the NFL Draft
• 4 rounds, rookie-only
• Linear draft, not snake
• Non-playoff teams: Picks 1.01–1.06 by reverse Max PF
• Playoff teams: Picks 1.07–1.12 by reverse playoff finish; champion picks last

Max Points For Explained

Points For is what your actual starters scored. Max PF is what your roster could have scored with the best possible lineup each week.

For rookie draft order, the non-playoff team with the lowest Max PF gets 1.01. This discourages intentionally benching productive players.

Waivers, Free Agency & FAAB

• $100 FAAB per league year
• Same FAAB budget covers summer, preseason, regular season, playoffs, and offseason
• FAAB does not reset at the start of the NFL regular season
• FAAB resets once per year after the annual rookie draft before post-draft waivers
• Offseason free agency uses FAAB waivers, not first-come first-served

Taxi Squad

• 4 taxi squad spots
• Only rookies and second-year players eligible
• Taxi squads lock at the start of Week 1
• Taxi players cannot start unless promoted
• Once promoted, they cannot return to taxi during that season

Trades & Governance

• No league-wide trade veto voting
• Commissioner may reverse trades only for clear collusion or obvious mistake
• Future rookie picks may be traded
• Managers trading a future first should be paid through that pick’s season
• Major rule changes require league approval before taking effect in a future season

How does Year 1 draft work? The startup includes every current NFL player, including rookies.

Can veterans be drafted in annual rookie drafts? No. Veterans are acquired through FAAB waivers.

Does FAAB cover the offseason? Yes, the same annual FAAB budget covers the full league year.

Can taxi players start? Only after promotion to the active roster.
